Software Reviews of Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 plus Adobe Premiere ElementsCustomer Review: Adobe Premier Elements Summary: 4 StarsA very fine product, but extremely hard to learn to use. Nothing is untuitive. Very user unfriendly. Software is predominately for video editing and production, and I only use it for producing slideshows from digital stills. Tutorials and "Help" contain very limited assistance for creating still digital DVDs. Highly recommend buying Adobe Classroom in a Book for Premier Elements at the same time software is ordered.
Although creating my first DVD slide show was like "the cat eating the grindstone", the final results were worth the trouble. I would buy the software again.
Customer Review: Excellent, Stable Product Summary: 5 StarsCompared to other windows-based video editing products, premier is very stable and fairly easy to use.
Packaged with Photoshop, it's a great deal.
Customer Review: Adobe Photoshop Elements Summary: 5 StarsExcellent program, and contains many of the more useful parts of the much more expensive Photoshop. Delighted with it!
Customer Review: It's Not Easy or Intuitive, but Still Good for Advanced Users Summary: 3 StarsI had the first Photoshop, and I have Elements 3. This is my fifth such program (don't get Microsoft) if you include Thumbs Plus, and it is both one of the best and one of the more difficult. You won't be able to use it right out of the box and, typical of this type of program, you might end up using 20% of the program. I'm really waiting for the $650 version comes down to $50.
Anyway, I just got back from Best Buy and Elements 3.0 was $99. Sorry, Amazon.
Customer Review: Don's waste your money Summary: 1 StarsI bought this and tried to use it for about a month. It is not intutitive, is difficult to use, has no useful printed instructions...in short it is a piece of junk. I wasted my money
