I have used Photoshop Elements for several years. I upgraded to the new version for a new computer with 64bit system.
It works great as all of the previous versions that I have owned. It is a great product and with each version they bring over some of the functions from Photoshop. With each addition it becomes a little more difficult to use.
Outstanding product.

Photoshop Elements is the Photo editing package for people who are considering the full Photoshop software, but are hesitant about the price.
Photoshop Elements does much of what the full version software does at a fraction of the price. It's a great way to get into photo editing without having to spend a lot of money.
And, if you into digital scrapbooking, Photoshop Elements is definitely the way to go.
And, the Photo Organizer that comes with Elements is great if you're like me and have hundreds, if not thousands, of digital photos in lots of different folders on your hard drive. With the Organizer, it's a lot easier to find the image you want.

This looks like great software. I didn't realize that there was not a user's manual that came with it, a how-to-use-the-software type book. Now I have to buy the book that teaches me how to use the software. Oh well, live and learn.Customer Review: Average Joe's Beware

This is not a good software product for beginners. Do yourself a favor and stick to an entry level photo software. Also don't expect any rebate, it's not going to happen. I just received another notice from their rebate department saying I forgot to lick the stamp and that tape was not allowed. What a total crock of sht. Stay away from this product.
